The client is an IT solutions and Services Provider with successful trading and expansion throughout the last decade. They are now seeking 2 IT Field Sales individuals to join their team and build new business relationships with clients at all levels within the Public and Private sector. The company offer good training and career progression. OTE £uncapped
The Role
As a Field Sales RepYou will be responsible for generating new business, building your own account base and achieving a set personal revenue target. You will be required to work closely with all internal departments and external partners to effectively follow up leads, provide best practice solutions and develop relationships and buiness within your account base. As a Field Sales Rep You will also be responsible for selling continuous availability solutions and virtualization projects to the corporate, enterprise and public sector. You will have internal support to help generate the new business
The Person
An understanding of the IT market would be an advantage but not essential. You must have a proven track record as a field sales Rep in exceeding sales objectives and targets. Experience of working with senior decision makers. Be able to demonstrate a high level of of business acumen and be able to identify areas of revenue and margin for the company with its existing product and service portfolio following these self generated oportunities through to conclusion. Must be smart, enthusiastic, motivated and have a good attitude. The company will offer fantastic training and good career progression.
The salary
28k - 30k basic OTE 40k + car allowance + phone + pension.
