HR Advisor

Rate: £ 23 to £ 31 K (contract/temp (per year))

A large department within the NHS is currently looking to appoint an Interim HR Advisor to cover for a long term absence. Reporting directly into the HR Manager you will be responsible for providing a HR Advisory service to a workforce of approximately 2000 employees.
You will be managing your own caseload and be confident and capable of advising on issues such as:

Sickness/Absence
Disciplinary proceedings
Grievance
Capability and Performance


A knowledge of NHS policies would be advantageous however is not essential.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience at a similar level and be available to start within the next week.
This position is offered on a temporary basis and is expected to last approximately three months.
Flexible working may be considered.
