Helpdesk Assistant
Location: : Birmingham - Birmingham, West Midlands
Rate: £ 14.5 to £ 17 K (full-time (per year)) + Bonus (OTE£17,400K)
This role requires someone has worked in a Call Centre before and has experience of up-selling and cross-selling.
The key responsibilities are:-
Taking incoming calls and providing advice to customers regarding claims, terms and conditions and other product related queries.
Proactively seeking cross and up-selling opportunities via incoming calls using telephone sales techniques.
Following up dispatched literature.
Deal effectively with customer complaints.
Accepting and issuing receipts for contributions made.
To provide cover for other sections and carry out any general administrative duties as may be required from time to time.
The company offer parking, excellent benefits plus a starting salary of £14,500 rising to £15,000 after 3 months probationary period and a bonus scheme where you could earn an extra £150 - £200 per month.
