Sales Office Manager

Location: : Sheffield - Sheffield
Rate: £ 20 to £ 25 K (full-time (per year))

This specialist manufacturer and exporter requires an experienced Sales Office Manager. You will co-ordinate the sales function of the business. Duties will include;

• Liaising with purchasing, production, suppliers and sales team
• Sending out company samples
• Communicate with product advisors to initiate mailshots
• Creating new systems and procedures
• Sales order processing and producing quotations
• Detailed sales analysis and reporting for Directors
• Make recommendations to improve efficiency
• Customer queries and complaint handling
• Log and monitor all breakages and faulty goods
• Monitor quality standards and compliance for company goods
• Creating and developing systems for trialling new products

You will have extensive experience managing a busy sales office, be proficient in MS Word, Excel and spreadsheets. Ideally you will drive and have a car, and a European language would be a distinct advantage!
